What’s the job?

We are looking for a customer care specialist – Level 1 to support our customers as they use our solutions for tracking and monitoring assets in real-time.

Previous experience in customer success for a technology solution would be ideal as would a keen interest in learning about our business from the inside. The perfect person could also have experience with quality management practices (ISO).

Ultimately, the successful candidate should be customer focused, keen to learn new technologies, and able to think “outside the box”, proposing innovative ideas and ways to make work easier,  more efficient, and a bit more fun too!
