Dylan has a unique background in growth marketing and sales with extensive experience in GMP and GDP within Pharmaceutical logistics, including Clinical Trials, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Contract Manufacturing.
He is a highly experienced logistics professional with an accomplished and successful career in global and regional Life Science Supply Chain solutions. He joins Hive-Zox at an exciting time of rapid growth and will leverage his dynamic skillset to uphold the momentum of the expanding Hive-Zox solution.

Dylan has spent over 20 years helping companies grow in the Supply Chain space and 15 years focused on Life Sciences. Prior to assuming his current role at Hive-Zox, Dylan was Business Development Director EMEA Life Science for CRYOPDP, a company that provides global innovative temperature-controlled logistics solutions to the Clinical Research and Cell & Gene Therapy sectors. Over the course of his career he has managed Sales and BD teams for Ancillare, Marken and Catalent Pharma Solutions, and has been instrumental in supporting international growth in EMEA and Globally.
A dynamic leader with a passion for helping companies grow Dylan is known for his success in working with and building teams that support growth strategies to increase market share through consultative and collaborative sales approaches. He continually strives to develop solutions to improve the customer’s experience.
He believes that improving visibility is a key element to increase security and integrity for customer products and patients in the Life Sciences logistics industry due to the increasing complexities and costs.
