Do you have strong communication and presentation skills in English and regional languages, with experience working with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office?

If so, we are looking for a result-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at Hive-Zox. We are a fast-growing logistics company looking to expand our business in the EMEA region, specifically DACH, Francophone Regions, and Benelux regions.

What’s the job?

As a result-driven Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed targets, identifying new business opportunities to grow in new markets or adjacent segments, and developing “go to market” strategies to drive business results. You will own the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, working jointly with multiple levels of the customer’s organization to understand and document their business goals and success metrics.

You will play a crucial role in driving business results and exceeding targets. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our founding CEO & COO, learning the business from the inside out. We are seeking individuals who are passionate, energetic, ambitious, and not afraid to take on unexpected challenges. As a member of the Hive team, you will be part of a start-up that is rapidly developing operations and growing globally. You will have a hands-on attitude and be a team player, ready to take on any challenge that comes your way.
